  • Lousiest casino I have been in with the absolute worst customer service i have ever encountered as well as the most unprofessional staff. When dealing with several customers complaints over the poor organization of a concert, one staff member, Shannon, had the audacity to actually stick her fingers in her ears and smirk at them. I was met with the same attitude when I asked for her supervisors name. Needless to say I left and went to another casino. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
