  • Really wanted to love this place because it looks fresh and stylish and cute and I've heard good things! Went in for the first time for a shellac manicure and pedicure today. Unfortunately the customer service was just lacking. I was rushed the entire time, even though I arrived early and they didn't start me until 15 minutes after my scheduled time. She complained that I had shellac polish on that needed removal, though I had told the receptionist that by phone when making the Appt. There was a lot of sighing and frantic pace to the entire experience and I mentioned two times that I was a first time guest. Didn't feel welcomed like my business would be wanted back. When I asked a question about how to use the pedicure chair, the stylist said "I have no idea - I've never sat in it." Lastly, she asked me to leave the chair to find my own place to sit in the salon to dry my toes as she was late to her next Appt. Luckily I found a comfortable quiet area on my own and I will acknowledge that her foot massage was very well done.
