  • I am very disappointed with panera bread tonight. I have had a gift card without an expiration date and I went to use it online tonight. It told me that it could not accept the card. I decided to go into the store to just order in person and I figured that they would be able to use the gift card. The gift card kept reporting at frozen and then declined. The manager told me there was nothing she could do and to call the customer service number. I did so and it gave me the following message: "we are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. Goodbye" so now I have an unusable gift card.
