My sister never got hers fixed. We told Ivy about it, but she never offered to fix it. By the time my sister was done, she didn't want anybody to touch her hands anymore from all the cuts she had. I think you're confused with another customer. And we technically came 30-45 minutes before actual closing time. Which I believe is plenty of time. I don't think having excuses is the right customer service when you have a customer that is willing to drive 30 minutes just to go to YOUR salon.
