  • I've been here several times. First the good... I like the organic product. The negative is that the scheduling process is very frustrating. It takes several calls before someone answers the phone and they don't return messages like they promise. This has been a problem since day one and every time I need to schedule. This particular time I've been leaving messages for 4 days and no call back. When I spoke to someone they said they hadn't listened to them. I referred my bf here and she was really unhappy with her service and the owner kept cutting her off mid sentence and was extremely rude to her about her concerns. Unless some things change, as soon as I can find another organic salon I will likely switch. Will update review if things change...
