  • Worst service u can get from Lala Representative over the phone seems nice and accommodating, but NOT on actual arrival. Checking in at the diamond/seven star room last week, unfortunately serviced by a very rude representative named "La La", worst service ever, rolling her eyes on me as if I'm not the actual diamond member?! NO apologies that my room wasn't ready when it supposed to, never called me when my room was ready as promised. Just RUDE! No apology and no explaination, just a simple " your room is NOT ready" and there u go rolling her eyes again. Crappy Customer service rep like her does Not deserve to work in this field, at least not at the diamond lounge, kick her out. Worst service ever! Stopping rolling your eyes on me, because it just made u even more Uglierrrrr! If I wasn't booked up to my meetings I would have report your nasty service to your supervisor right away.
