  • Took my iPad in to get the screen changed because of a crack in a screen. When I called to see how long it would take I was told an hour or two, when I got there I learned it was an 8 hour job which meant an extra round trip out there to pick it up. Got home with the iPad I realized there was now something wrong with the functionality of the iPad. I called a few days later to ask about this mishap and was told it's something that sometimes happens when they work on them bring it back and they'll do a quick fix on it. Another trip there to then be told it would be all day, it turned out to be 20 hours. Another trip back there to pick it up when I find fingerprints on the INSIDE of the screen. To get that fixed would be another day they have my iPad and another trip. I don't have the time for all of these trips. I paid about 140.00, took 2 extra 38 mile round trips (that's 76 miles) there to come out with an iPad that now has fingerprints inside the screen I would never recommend this place to anyone.
