  • The Biltmore on the Lakes is terrible, they offer horrible customer service. My Apartment has had mold that never got fixed until 5 days later. The pools were swampy green for 5 weeks. There are nothing but gangs and fighting going on at night, cars being broken into and stolen. My own tire was actually stolen from my car. The police are there nightly, and I have even had the Swat team rush passed me on more then one occassion. Stay far far away, take your money else where I am happy to finally be moving out of here!! This is a hell hole!
