My original post was 1 start and not great. Once I was able to get the right person to listen to me, and a little negotiation, we were able to come to an agreement to get my 2010 RX 350's audio system fixed. (An issue I had when it was new in 2010, happened again) So we came to an agreement to meet in the middle and get this issue taken care of. Trust me, it was not an easy process either!! We agreed and were prepared to move forward but the part was going to take a month to come in. Because of the delay and wait time Lexus made every attempt and accommodation possible to make sure this issue was taken care of and that I was happy. Like I said, it was not easy and 1 gave one star originally but as a business, Lexus did right by me and took care of a very unique problematic situation and made it right.
Thank you for working with me and taking care of a long time customer. As I mentioned in my previous review, I'm on my 4th Lexus and was considering going somewhere else for my next purchase but... you came through. They fixed my audio system and it works again!! I know I was a pain but thank you for listening and taking care of it. I am and always will be, at home with Lexus. Thank you Mark, and as always, thank you Vince.
