  • Air conditioning out in Arizona is not a fun time, especially with three furry dogs. Had no air due to a broken blower motor in the condenser unit. Was assigned a terrible company through my home warranty and had them assign me a new company. I was able to get ahold of this company ahead of time as I had already had the problem diagnosed. The manager, Jenn, talked to me on the phone and was able to get the tech to know of the problem before coming and be prepared. Amazing service and empathy. The tech, Doug, got here, was super knowledgeable and confident and fixed the problem in 30 min. Now I have air after a week without in 100-degree temps. I wish I would have been assigned this company in the first place! I am a realtor and will be recommending this company for sure!
