  • This is the exact thing that Cleveland needs. We already have great places that specialize in specific foods (hot dogs, hamburgers, noodles... etc) and it's great to have a place to get a great cup of coffee from people that know coffee. Each cup is brewed to order with a few techniques, depending on preference, that really pulls out the flavors of their many coffee roasts. If you've never had coffee brewed with these techniques, you'll be amazed by the flavors you didn't know you were missing. The owners are so confident in the quality of coffee that they do not offer cream or sugar for their regular coffee (they do have milk for cappucinos and lattes). So, if the only thing you like is a burnt-coffee-sweet-as-hell-creme-brulee-machiato from starbucks, this might not be the place for you. But maybe it is and you don't even know it yet...
