  • My husband and I bought a groupon to check out this restaurant because we live in the lake area. I think that this place needs a lot of improvement. The restaurant itself is old, dark, and dingy inside. It needs a good clean and a decorating facelift to make it feel more clean and presentable. I understand that it has a "Cheers" vibe, but it's dark and there is a lingering smell in the restaurant (like years of grease and a lack of cleaning). The overall experience could be much better. The pizza and wings tasted good, but they were too greasy. Like dripping in grease. The prices are way too high for the food at this bar-styled restaurant. Even with our groupon, we paid a lot for pizza and wings. The servers are kind and look like they have been there for a while, as loyal employees. This was the only highlight of our experience. With all of the other options around the lake, we won't be back until they deep clean and renovate this old establishment. There's always room for improvement and I hope they take the opportunity.
