They are the worst. No customer service at all. I'm in a new house in Scottsdale - and after 8 days of waiting, am no closer to having cable TV or internet than I was on day one. First problem was that the line could not be pulled across the street because it was "blocked", and that took 4 days (15 minutes process), then 3 days later they decide that the "ports" are damaged (not sure why nobody checked during the first repair visit...) and that could take another week to get fixed, then I will have to schedule a tech to come out which will take 3-4 more days. Overall, if I ever get service it will take 2-3 weeks from the date it was set to be installed. Nobody will ever own the problem, you cannot speak to anybody that can resolve the problem (it is all 3rd party vendors that do the repair work), and they tell me that I am lucky - since it takes some people 30-60 days to get service in a new home. BS - I am in an established development and am not the first house in the development (I am actually close to being the last). This is terrible, and I so wish that there was a good alternative (and I don't mean centurylink). They should lose their license to do business in the City of Scottsdale!!!
