  • This complex actually deserves a 0 star rating. Maintenance was notified of water leak in kitchen, showed up promptly, but said it's not an emergency. The faucet is cracked, water is shooting up to the ceiling and wall and he says a work order will be put in tomorrow. Explained again it is indeed an emergency when water is flying up to the ceiling. We have things that need to be hand washed, he said use the dishwasher. We're like uh no, he said I'll go call my manager. The gentleman showed up at 832pm, walked out to call manager at 834pm...still nothing at 852pm...called emergency number again at 920pm...the same guy called back after a message was left that we have not heard anything, we will let the office know right away in the morning along with a poor review. He said he is still on the property looking for a part, why couldn't he of called/walked back letting us know? His communication and bad attitude is horrible. He showed up again at 930pm and was fixed at 932pm Now was this that hard? He sighed before he opened the door to leave and slammed the door. Signature Place is THE saddest place to live. Please do more research before considering this complex.
