  • Very unhappy with our stay. We were going to stay longer but was very unhappy and made reservations at the rio instead. 1st we were quoted 70 for our night, when we arrived it was over 100. We also requested 2 beds and we were given one. My mom smokes and wanted a smoking room they gave her non. Upon tell the lady at registration that we requested 2 beds and smoking she replied in exact words "I would request a million dollars;but, don't mean I will get it". After some time, and anger we finally got a 2 bed smoking room. 2nd when you turn on the water it has a sewer smell, 3rd carpet coming off the wall and a staple poked my foot. 4th, the water pressure in the shower was super bad. 5th the beds were the most uncomfortable, very hard, like sleeping on the floor. We wanted to make this our go to when we come to vegas because it has things to keep kids and adults happy, however, after this stay I will never be back .. Bad service, bad beds, bad smell and pricey for what you get. For over a 100 so many nicer places in vegas
