  • I contacted the owner of Excel Pro Services, Ryan Luppold, after our real estate stager recommended I contact him to pressure wash our home before listing. He sent me a quote which I thought was reasonable so I hired him to do the job. He knew I had a deadline due to a professional photographer coming in to take real estate pictures so we scheduled him to come out the following Monday morning. He never arrived. After numerous calls, texts, and emails around 6pm he sent me a message saying he made a mistake but he would call me in 10 minutes. But again, he didn't follow through with his word and I didn't hear from him. After trying to reach him a few more times, he sent me a text saying he apologized for the oversight and he would be out the following day. I told he that I understand an honest mistake and as long as he could complete the job by 6:30pm the following day before the photographers arrived, we were good. But once again, he was a no show. He didn't even have the professional courtesy to call, text, or email and tell me he wasn't going to make it. Ryan isn't reliable and has put me in a predicament due to his unprofessionalism.
