  • I love this place. The reclining seats are so comfortable and I love that you can reserve seats online. USUALLY the popcorn is fresh and great. I also like that they send out coupons for free drinks or popcorn. HOWEVER...after our last visit I saw and experienced some things that absolutely need to be fixed. When ordering snacks, I witnessed an employee picking up a hot dog from the roller heat machine (?) with HIS BARE HANDS. that should have been my warning, but I foolishly ate the food anyway. Observation : when you ask for jalapenos, they give you a small cup to help yourself by the butter and napkins. I figured it was safe because of the acidity, that it was not refrigerated. Yeah...learning curve lol Long story short, I got food poisoning from the jalapenos. I will spare the details but I know that was the cause. Employees need cleanliness and food handling training. food should not sit out (even jalapenos) for so long without being dumped and refreshed with a clean container. In fact, just keep them behind the counter in the fridge, to prevent others from sticking their fingers in the container. I am not going to eat jalapenos for a LONG time after this, although I did love them so much before. Yuck. Still get some credit for theater cleanliness, employee friendliness and ease of purchase as well as seats. I'll update if I see improvement.
