  • Had a leak in my front yard that I thought was an irrigation line, after some digging turned out it was the main line. I turned off water to house and scheduled a time with a different plumber (to remain un-named) to come take a look. Of course they call me around noon to tell me they are running late, then I get another call mid afternoon that I'm not actually in their service area (apparently Ahwatukee is not considered Phoenix and it took them all day to come to that conclusion). I contacted Nick and he had a guy out within the hour. Nick and Andrew came back out with the materials they needed and worked in the dark until 11:30pm at night to get us water. Can't say they could do something like that all the time but these guys have high integrity and are definitely hard working (nice to see that from a younger generation). The digging they did was noninvasive and they kept our plants in tact despite have to work around them in the dark. They came back the next day to fill the trenches and clean up... it looked like nothing ever happened. Great job.
