  • I brought in 5 watches to get their batteries changed. They managed to scratch the entire back on 1 watch, did not properly screw in the back of another watch, bent the clasp. They did not make me pay but the hassle of going back and forth to their store for 3 days straight and having 1 of my watches ruined. It's not about the money but the integrity that this store has. I love their front liners but level of work done is not at all even satisfactory.
