  • So I typically don't do reviews, but my experience with this hairstylist probably warrants one. On 2/3 I drove 20 minutes to the hair salon to make an appointment, since I was unable to reach anyone by phone and could not leave a message. When I stopped in, I was greeted by Priscilla (another hairstylist), and she informed me that Naty was on vacation, and instructed me to text Naty for an appointment instead. Priscilla also said that other people were having trouble reaching Naty. Text Naty, never heard back. I decided to wait the following week to call her again for an appointment, since she was on vacation, and I finally reached her on 2/8 by phone. When she picked up, she sounded a little disinterested, but she instructed me to text her my name and day/time I wanted to make an appointment. Did that, never got a confirmation back. Showed up this morning for the hair appointment, waited 30 minutes outside, and she never showed up. I called her this morning to see if she was still coming, and I was able to leave a message this time, but she never returned my phone call. I really hope this lady is alive and well, because the reviews depict a different kind of person. If she is, how rude and unreliable of her. I mean, what if I had somewhere important to be? First time this has ever happened to me, and last time I will ever attempt to make an appointment with this hairstylist.
