  • Bought a sleep # bed 12 years ago and loved it , until it started to breakdown from normal wear. Now this wasn't a problem until I went back to the store and got info on using the warranty to replace some stuff. All I need was the mattress cover and the foam side rails. I called costumer service and the mattress cover was covered under the warranty but this is where I found out the warranty is useless after 2 years. That's when they start pro-rating the parts and you end up paying so much for stuff ya might as well buy a new bed. The mattress cover was $660 ridiculous right and foam rails were another couple hundred. So don't think a 25 year warranty is a big deal because after 2 years it's almost worthless . Love the bed but for $1600 I think lit should last longer than 12 years After dealing with Chris at sleep number customer service he listened to my concerns and helped me get what I needed at a reasonable price. Problem solved and our bed is what it was when we first bought it. Love the bed again. If you need customer service get Chris v. On line. He's the man to deal with
