Prakash, who I believe to be the owner, greeted us immediately after being seated. He was extremely helpful and I'm sure that a noobie could be easily accommodated by Prakash. His place is about what you would expect from a cozy neighborhood restaurant. It's not like a joint located in the strip. Thank goodness. My friend had the Lamb Tiki Masala. I had the Chicken Tandoori. Both plates were amazing! The Bread we ordered was Kabouli Naan and garlic Naan. My buddy had a Mango Lassi for his drink. The Rice Pudding finished us off. Mount Everest is completely deserving of its Yelp standing. Indian food now is at the top of my list right next to Vietnamese. I can't wait to return the next time I'm in Vegas. Do yourself a favor and go here. Tell Prakash Trent sent you!
