  • I started following this place on Instagram and the pictures looked ah-maaazing! I decided to call and place an order today. After being put on hold on and off for about 5 minutes, I was told that I could not order anything custom because they were just too busy. I could also hear someone yelling in the background telling the lady taking my order not to take any custom orders. What is the point of having custom menu options when you cannot fulfill them? To be honest because of the poor customer service experience, I won't be eating from this place.
