  • If ZERO stars was an option, that's what I would give this lousy business! Ordered flowers online to be delivered 2 days in advance. The company immediately took my money, confirmed by email the delivery address and date but failed miserably! Nothing was delivered and there was no communication about the failure. When I called their number, they were closed. Sent 2 emails and no reply. Called again the next day and waited in queue for 15 minutes. Finally spoke with a rep who gave a bunch of nonsense excuses. The last excuse was "there was a system problem on our side"! Funny how the "system problem" took my money but didn't deliver the flowers I paid for. The "solution" offered was they would "TRY" to deliver the flowers in the next day or two. REALLY??? Are you kidding?? You'll TRY??? Total thieves. Total SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! I'm contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges for this FRAUD!
