Absolutely terrible customer service. Their CO2 was out and they knew it, but didn't tell anyone as we ordered sodas. How rude and stupid is that? They really need to train their managers and employees better. When I brought my soda to the counter asking if their soda machine in the back worked better, it was the manager who told me their CO2 was out! Unbelievable! Did they think customers wouldn't notice or care? They didn't even offer a refund or exchange. I had to ask for it! Personally, I would fire that manager (who should have known better) and have a talk with the morning crew about customer service.
