  • There appear to be quite a few negative reviews about this salon, and that is unfortunate considering how incredibly happy I have been with my stylist, Jennika. My hair was nearly to my belly button when I walked into True Salon, and in need of some serious color improvement. When I left, I had the most adorable bob and a color that fit my personality and skin tone perfectly. I showed her photos of cuts I liked, and we had a great talk about what would work best for me, my hair, and my lifestyle and routine. I was so comfortable (nay, elated!) with my new 'do, I went back a few months later for a full-on pixie. Again, I showed her a few photos and we talked, and when I couldn't make up my mind, I just said surprise me. How often does that happen? Going in for a pixie and trusting your stylist 100% to cater it to YOU. And guess what, it was awesome. I don't know about the salon overall, but Jennika gave me great advice on product purchases, always gets me tea, and I always receive a complementary hand massage. I'm in love with her ;) if you decide to try this place out, ask for her!
