I came in today looking for a case for my s7edge. I asked a young lady where they are and she pointed them out to me. This is after walking around, obviously needing assistance but being noticed by no one. No problem. It happens. What I don't appreciate is the snark from an employee that only noticed me after I found what I wanted and then tried the case on. He actually stopped me from making a purchase because his accusatory tone convinced me to make my selection elsewhere. Hint: you might not want to interrupt customers on the way to the register. Way to go. Amazon wins again.
