Today I came into Aquatouch since I haven't been in the store for the past two years and I was highly disappointed.
First off I walked in with my wife and there were three employees just hanging around the cash register and not doing anything, they had multiple people inside the store just looking around when I went and I found pieces of Coral that I was interested in.
I went to the front desk and asked if I could pay for them and if they could hold them for me for a couple weeks.
The guy in the front desk basically flat out told me that they don't hold even if they're paid for.
I'm in the process of moving and I'm setting up my 500 gal Reef again and my intentions were to pay for them to hold them for a couple weeks while I set everything up in my new house.
I was really bummed out because I was about to purchase close to $1000.00 Worth of corals and I'm also setting up a 90P Nature Aquarium.
I also asked to see if they had a ORP probe in stock the guy didn't even check and told me I don't think so, he didn't even ask me if I wanted to prepay for one so that they could order it.
It's sad to see that a thriving business has gone downhill in just a few years.
I will be doing my shopping at Reef Monsters & Nature Aquarium in Tucson even if it's a long drive.
