  • The only charming thing about this hotel was the lazy river and pool (hence the 2 stars). The AC was not really working. There was BLOOD STAINS on the floor of my room and when I called to have someone inspect the floors NO ONE CAME! There were stains on the sheets and the bathroom had grime all over the shower area. The shower water never delivered hot water and the tub was quick to fill with water (even though I was taking a shower). Did I mention that when my party arrived (we reserved a block of rooms = 6 total booked months in advance) we were given keys to rooms that had people already in them! I also see that others had similar issues with the elevator doors. I was hit multiple times by these doors and if I were a child or elderly THIS could easily be a reason to sue. Not coming back here...EVER
