I'm still waiting for their call.
They were scheduled by my insurance to arrive last Saturday to fix my leaking water heater and they never came nor called. Today Monday, still didn't get a call.
To clarify, some guy did call around noon last Saturday and said these exact words: "Hello ... plumber ... hello ... hello ... guess nobody's home" then hung up before we could get to the phone. I checked my email, saw that my insurance had assigned for my plumbing request then immediately called Easyflow - and got a message that they were closed for the day. Apparently they worked only until noon Saturdays. Great ...
I also sent an email to Easyflow last Saturday (erica@lnsair.com) based on an email address provided in the insurance company's website. You guessed it - they never bothered to reply.
I've instructed my insurance to get me another contractor and block Easyflow from my account forever.
