  • I literally stood inline with only 4 people in front of me for over 20min this morning as only 1 person was handling the front of the store. She would constantly stop talking to the people in line to complete "on the go" orders. After 20 mins I finally got my coffees only to find out once I got to work the lattes were not only burnt but not the correct flavor.
