| - I worked out here for a couple months when I wanted to change up my routine and get myself into shape for my spring/summer, weekend-warrior sporting life. The group workouts are short (30 minutes), but intense. You think you can do anything for a half-hour but in every session, I was soaked with sweat and watching the clock, begging for the end, within 15-20 minutes.
Some classes center on kettlebells and bodyweight strength exercises. If you have not mastered the kettlebell swing and the Turkish get-up, you do not know true fitness. You won't master them right away but the groups are small, which gives the trainers time to work with you one-on-one to do it right.
Other class sessions are up-tempo circuits, focusing on working with weighted ropes, sledge hammers, suspended weight and punching/kicking moves. Fun, yet challenging stuff. Again, the trainers guide the beginners through the exercises so you're never standing around, wondering what to do.
I'm one of those people who needs variety to stay motivated. eStrength and Fitness is never boring. The circuits seem different every time. The trainers are knowledgeable and compassionate. They seem genuinely interested in helping you get better, whether you're a fitness novice or a seasoned athlete.
