  • *EDIT* I recently got a groupon for Facials... I had Donia. This was by far the best facial I've ever had! Incredible technique, so very relaxing. I'm glad I want back and had a more positive experience. _______________________________ I went to Revelations with my sister as a walk in for shellac manicures. Our technicians were so much fun, and were able to squeeze us in for a pedicure too! My nails were super short, so the shellac wasnt able to properly seal, and it chipped in a few days. I think it was my fault because I picked at it. The atmosphere is wonderful. I love their pedicure room. One thing I would change? The receptionist. I have been a receptionist before, and if I had an attitude like that and an unwillingness to help, I would have been fired ASAP. It is important to treat your clients like they are valuable. Especially when most salons fail in 5 years. It doesnt so much matter how well you can do hair and nails, but its how someone *feels* when they leave. And the receptionist is the first face they see when they come, and the last when they leave.
