  • There is absolutely no place to stay in Phoenix except for this hotel. Aside from having phenomenal rates for what they offer- it is clean and pristine and has a guest services staff from the front door to the pool to the restaurant that understands hospitality. What I love is this hotel has absolutely no vending and the owner has invested in having snacks and free drinks at the front desk just in case you need something. The restaurant is absolutely amazing and the menu is just perfect. Unlike many hotel restaurants this one is not ripping you off. The prices are more than fair for food and drink. And believe me if anything does go wrong during your stay there apologetic and accommodating to make sure you're happy! I have not seen customer service like this in many years. The owner of this hotel should be very proud of what they've created. I had stayed here once many years ago for my graduation and most recently utilize the hotel until my furniture arrived in Phoenix. After five days on the road I have to say that this is the most perfect place I could've picked.
