This Thai Restaurant in the Southside is a gem on East Carson Street in Pittsburgh. A friend took me here and I throughly enjoyed the ambiance, rustic, antique, with young hip diners and an authentic menu and attentive staff. I ordered the Pho and my friend ordered the Grilled Salmon with Curry. When I return I will revert to a steady staple and classic - Pad Thai, hold the peanuts. The spring rolls were also great, but who can get those wrong. This location is great to pop into and is super casual. The owner's sister is a Phipps Conservatory grad, so take note of their particularly intriguing floral arrangements. Their website is run on SquareSpace, with great use of typography and a parallax theme: thaimeuppittsburgh.com. See their Facebook for clear pictures of the interior and plenty of reviews are on Yelp and UrbanSpoon.
