  • We recently began the arduous task of replacing our older vehicle for a nearly new vehicle. Our first visit was to Bill Luke in Tempe. Bruce Mortensen greated us with a smile and took the time to listen to our needs. My husband is at times wheel chair bound and we needed a car with a trunk to fit his chair. Bruce lifted my husband's wheel chair into a half dozen cars to help us narrow down our search. At no time were we pressured to buy a car from him that evening. He was more interested in helping us get a clear vision of what type of car would work best for us and our budget. We left the dealership that night without a car, but with much needed information to make an informed decision. In the days that followed, he began to search for a vehicle that would fit our needs. Meanwhile we visited two other car dealers near us. Each of these dealers were only interested in convincing us to spend much more than we were comfortable with. A week later, we received an email from Bruce and a phone call from the sales manager alerting us to a car that fit our price and needs. Once we signed with Bruce, we were transferred to a delightful financing manager who made our experience even more pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership. They are a no haggle dealer with very competitive prices.
