  • I'd write a 5 star except that there is a $400 rebate that SRP made to THE HOMEOWNER, that wasn't presented to me. Their service provided was exemplary.. From what they were sent out to perform, performed changes on the fly, which can happen (and did). Todd performed the after audit (which will happen) & is very thorough but make sure you KNOW about that $400 rebate if you go through with SRP. Personally I'd recommend Todd as the after sales person.
