I would NOT recommend the U.S. Cellular location in Ripon, WI. They are rude and unwilling to help. We were treated poorly and offered ridiculously expensive solutions to a phone issue I was having. One solution they offered was to purchase a new phone BUT the only way I would get the phone at a discounted rate was to spend an additional $130 on in-store accessories (non of this included paying off my $126 I still owe on my current phone and what I would owe on the new phone!) This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! When we asked about a special we had heard from another customer service rep. the employee's response was "it depends on how attached you are to your phone number." I am a 40 year old women who has had this same number with them for over 20 years! I found this response utterly ridiculous!
