Absolutely 5 star worthy.
My timeline: Experienced an AC issue around 4:00 AM this past Saturday. I was referred to Sure Temp by American Home Shield at 6:15 and got a call from the owner at 6:30. Keep in mind that their office was not schedule to open until 7:00 AM. Bud, my technician, was at my door by 8:30. He diagnosed and solved the issue by 8:55. Additionally, Bud was kind enough to answer some HVAC-related questions I had for him.
The owner and Bud were as kind and as responsive. The service was quick and painless. What more can you ask for? I will be a return customer should I need further AC help.
