  • Umami has always been my favorite burger joint since I had it in Santa Monica for the first time. California was always a place I loved to drive but I had to go to umami once I was there. Now Vegas has it at the SLS hotel, of course I ordered the Ahi Tuna Burger and my favorite tempura onion rings! Definitely worth getting. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the service. the ones in California are always busy yet the service is good, but here unless you are a big party be prepared to wait for a bit.
