  • Went in and got a subpar massage but was convinced to sign up for a membership after being assured that if I was not satisfied with future services I could cancel at any time. A month later, I decided to cancel, having found a better massage therapist elsewhere. I was told my account was canceled, but didn't notice until three months later that payments were still coming out of my bank account. I called and was given the runaround by the manager who finally got back to me and told me my money would not be refunded and I had to honor my 12 month contract. Poor service, poor management, and I want nothing to do with them ever again. This is why negative websites exist dedicated solely to Massage Envy!
