  • I have a reservation for 11 a.m got here at 10:50.. Two people ahead of me and only one person working the front... There is a manager in the back, but I guess she can't come out and help... maybe I will update to better (or worse) shortly. Update..... didn't get any better... Definitely deserves 0 stars!!! The manager finally came out to help after I got called up.... I can see why she stays in the back!! She had a horribly ugly attitude to say the least... I, like others that have commented felt threatened by the manager... I was a bit baffled that they still charge a $200 deposit with a major credit card.. I expressed that I would not use their company again, as enterprise does not do that and they offer a AAA discount as well.. She very rudely began to explain they have to do that because of all the bad people out there... I said don't worry, just please finish up so I can leave. This is all while she has a customer at her desk.. She gets up, walks over to the desk where I was at... as she's looking down at me while I'm sitting in the chair starts bobbing her head from side to side saying I will deny your car if you keep talking like that.... I said wow, your really professional and asked for my transaction to be completed again so I could leave... If I didn't have a insurance tracker on my car currently I would of got up and left without the rental.. But I don't want to drive my car out of town with a tracker in it.. and being spring break I wouldn't be able to find a rental anywhere else... So, the other lady goes with me to the car to check it for damage. I ask her if the car has a USB connection. She pops her head in and looks around, then says no. I got in and saw the USB connection right away.... BTW, if your driving out of town be prepared to stop and get gas as they don't give you a car with a full tank of gas.. Hertz your horrible employees are driving away customers!!!
