  • As the subject of a previous review I felt I should do my own the issue was pet damage to the carpet it was there when I moved in a created from a cat I had 2 dogs that were not allowed upstairs where the carpet was but only allowed downstairs which was tile. I secured this with a baby gate in front of the stairs. As I had previously rented a different property from the home shop and the move out went fine I was more concerned with packing and unpacking then pointing out what was wrong with the house trusting they had documents of the condition of the house from them listing it for rent. They can provide no pictures of the mentioned area of damage (which I found odd as the walk in closet is in that area and I thought it would be a strength to the house listing to show the closet) nor can I provide pictures of the area. So I have to accept a large fee for damage because I did not cover myself. So I would like to advise future tenants all though moving is a hectic time do your self a favor and take dated pictures of the entire home and document any damage with the home shop. Don't rely on anyone to look out for you but you.
