  • I was passing through Cleveland for a night. My cruise control crapped out on me, and I also suspected something was amiss with my clutch. I called Sam upon my arrival late in the afternoon, and he told me to bring it on in and he'd take a look. We went for a test drive, and he didn't feel there was anything wrong with my clutch. He put my truck up on the lift and looked around. Then he got under the hood and repaired my cruise control- Woop! Woop! He took the time at the end of the day to make sure my old truck was good to go. He made suggestions on a few items of concern, and I was back on the road! I've never had a mechanic give me this quality of service, especially an out-of-towner just passing through. If I lived in Cleveland, Sam would be my mechanic.
