  • Waited over an hour after calling for the cab. Dispatch then calls me asking if I was picked up, and when I told her no, I was still waiting, she said she would work on it. At that point I had called another cab, and they were there within 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, they call me to tell me my cab was waiting. An hour and a half for a cab ride? I could have walked and gotten there faster.
