  • Don't move here!! As others have posted, the walls are like cardboard. I can hear everything going on next door. Flushing toilet, closing doors, talking. I even know the name of their child because i can hear everything they say. As of right now the neighbors are bumping their loud music. I have recorded up to 75 decibles at 2 am. I have to sleep on my couch in order to get sleep some nights. The quality of the apartments is crap. I literally put my finger through the bathtub. They came a repaired it and did a horrible job. The air conditioner and heating is the loudest ever. I have to turn it off in order to talk to my son in the second bedroom. The ceiling fans don't work, i don't know if they have them on reverse rotation or what. Noisy dishwasher, noisy laundry machines...the tile floors are horrible to try and clean there is grout smeared everywhere that dirt, etc gets stuck in. I have bought a scraper to try and get it up. They give you free gas, you pay electric. Don't let that fool you. EVERYTHING is run on electric, my electric bill is never under $150. Parking is a joke. Each apartment should be given 2 spots. The price is outrageous for what you are getting! $1500 for a 2 bedroom with no garage. Don't let the gate fool you. Anyone can get it. We still don't know what happened with the double homicide a few months ago. Marijuana can be smelled walking by apartments. Most of the extras are scheduled during the day, great for stay at home moms, bad for people who work. Can't wait until my lease is up.
