  • This company is FANTASTIC to work with !! Came highly recommended by a neighbor of ours in northeast Scottsdale. Rose pays extreme attention to detail as far as scheduling appointments, arranging for someone to come and provide a quote, explaining the process prior to the crew arriving to do the refinishing, and calling a week prior to the appointment to confirm. We have two large front doors (south facing) that had been weathered over the past 22 years since the house was built. The crew was extremely professional in covering our new hard wood flooring at the entrance to our house while the doors were removed, and covered the opening to the house with a thick plastic to secure the house from the outdoor elements. Our doors are SO beautiful after the crew sanded them down and removed the "orange" look that dated our doors and stained them with a dark espresso that totally brought our house back into the contemporary look that we wanted it to be !!! The doors are GORGEOUS !!! Thank you Desert Rose !! We HIGHLY recommend this team/company !!! EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS !!! Thanks for restoring my faith in the service industry !!! Other crews could learn a LOT from this company !!!
