Been a patient for nine years with multiple animals. Unfortunately they have hired a new assistance Tiffany, very confrontational attitude, horrible demeanor, I had to ask her to leave the room. After waiting 25 minutes for the doctor with two dogs one of which is a rescue dogs and was completely stressed being there. When I spoke to Dr. Burns about what happened with her assistant she argued with me and defended her employee.... not good! I have spent thousands of dollars in this vet with two animals that passed from cancer and pancreatitis, teeth cleaning, and routine exams and wellness. I have been a long term patient and it is unfortunate the Dr. Burns choose to defend her new assistance's behavior. It isn't always about the money its about what the patients owner can do and afford at the time. I will not be able to return to this vet and will look for another after all I still have three pets.
