rev:text	Worst doctor ever and even worse staff. Was sent to Milford for suspected seizures January of this year. Saw him for initial consult. He ordered an ambulatory EEG & various other tests. After testing, instead of seeing him for my follow up, he pawned me off on his nurse practioner. She reviewed my results and prescribed seizure meds. Every visit since then has been with this nurse. The wait times are at least an hour, once I was made to wait 3 hours for a scheduled apnt. At my most recent visit 2 weeks ago, I finally saw Dr. Milford again. The reason was that his nurse had quit. He was completely unaware of my tests results and treatment. I told him I had seizures and showed him video of a recent episode. He said I should have an ambulatory EEG done. When I told him I aready had one, he asked where. I said 'Here. You ordered it'. He had no clue. And he had no records of my tests or monthly office visits I've been having for the past 6 months. When I got angry and complained, he said I needed to see an Epilepsy specialist and gave me a referral to a different neurologist. He told me he would put a rush order on my referral since I am moving soon. His receptionist told me the referral would be sent by the following week. It was not sent. After multiple attempts, his staff assured me they were sending it out that day. That was over a week ago. Still waiting... Also, I was supposed to get my meds refilled. My meds run out tomorrow and I'm still waiting. I called several times over the last 2 wks and left messages reminding them I need my meds refilled with no response. Today I called the new Doctor that Milford referred me to (code for pawned me off on), and explained my predicament. Not only did they go ahead and schedule me an appointment, they are getting me in this Monday (in 3 days)! I have never experienced such negligent care from a doctor, and such a mismanaged unprofessional staff. Please avoid this "doctor" if possible. I am writing a detailed complaint to the medical board about my experience. He gets 1 star only because Yelp requires it in oreder to post my review. :(
