| - As I walked in the door, to blazing signs of all that was on sale, I thought, "why didn't I know about this place?!"
My mind responded with "uhhh, because we never go to Narnia (Pickering)". Touche mind.
This outlet is massive. One half of the store covers every bra size imaginable*. The middle of the store covers underwear and the other wall covers pajama sets galore. And yet, as large as it was, it was extremely clean and bright. Bras are lined up perfectly and you'll rarely have a problem of finding another size under a printed sign. They had every colour of the rainbow that it would be difficult for you to walk out of this store empty handed.
The deal at the time was 2 bras for $20 plus an additional 30% off. That's around $7 a bra. Pretty great for the budget fashionista.
My friend and I walked in, unknowingly 15 minutes before the store was closing. You wouldn't know it though. The sales people were amazingly nice. A girl at the change rooms patiently checked my friend's size and let her know that she could check it again as she tried on different styles of bras. She fetched other sizes when we needed her to and not once rushed my friend's buying process.
Another salesperson helped us in the pajamas area with the same patience and kindness as the other. At one point I thought, "why the heck are they being so nice?! Don't they want to go home??" My mind didn't have a response for that one. It was equally dumbfounded.
When we got to the cash, the cashier checked us out efficiently but made small talk and jokes with ease.
If you're looking to save a little money and don't mind the trek to Pickering, I highly suggest this outlet. The sales are too amazing to pass up and you could stock up on some everyday items for a lot less than the regular stores.
* And by bra size, I mean normal society bra sizes you would find in a La Senza.
